The Montgomery County District Court Clerk's Office serves district matters at two counters. Independence is at 300 East Main Street, Suite 201, Independence, KS 67301, phone 620-330-1070. Coffeyville is at 102 West 7th Street, Suite A, Coffeyville, KS 67337, phone 620-251-1060. Both offices publish Monday through Friday hours of 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Written record requests may also be mailed to the Independence address or faxed to 620-331-6120. Phone calls help with routing and hearing confirmation, but record searches must be requested in writing.
